The staff saw me quickly and everyone I met was kind and helpful. When they weren’t sure if I should get the care escalated to the ED they sent a photo of my injury to a surgeon (with my consent) to see if there was anything else to be done. They patched me up and got me a referral for the next day. 10/10. Thank you team! You are very appreciated!

I had a really frustrating experience at this urgent care. I tested positive for Influenza A and was having significant symptoms, including deep breathing, persistent cough, body aches, and tachycardia. Despite this, the nurse practitioner was extremely reluctant to prescribe any medication, particularly Tamiflu, and it felt like I had to highly advocate for myself just to receive appropriate care. There is clear evidence that tamiflu can still be beneficial beyond the 48-hour window, especially in patients with ongoing or worsening symptoms, complications, or higher risk presentations such as myself. Antiviral treatment can still reduce severity, duration, and risk of complications, even if it does not “cure” the virus. This is supported by CDC guidance and clinical studies. Instead of

Unfortunately I was a walk in appointment and ended up being there almost 4 hours total. But the care was wonderful. The practitioner listened to my concerns and was able to make a suggestion that had me feeling better before leaving. They were all really helpful and nice! Def would recommend for someone that’s tired of overly expensive care with no needs being met.

Came in 11/19 for drug testing. I highly recommend setting an appt time so you aren't a "walk in". The front desk girl (I didn't get her name) and the person helping with the test (Chelsea) were super nice and friendly. No one enjoys drug testing but I enjoyed the interactions with both of these ladies this morning! Thank y'all!! -Cesar

We took our baby in and was given immediate attitude. Lots of eye rolling and sighing the whole time we were there. The only nice person was the nurse practitioner. When we went to leave my husband was trying to find a pharmacy that could fill the prescription that day. He asked a harmless question on suggestions and was told they “don’t do that” and was given more attitude and glares until we left. I can’t believe this place is even open when they make you feel like crap for walking into the building in the first place. Please if you have a loved one that needs to be seen do NOT take them to this place.
