When you think of a hospital, it's kind of common sense to think they save lives. They literally saved mine and my unborn baby's life and I will forever be grateful for this hospital. I know they were just doing they're job and I'm just another patient, however, I'm alive to tell my story thanks to them. You impacted my life in a way you can't even imagine. ER was very quick in taking me in, even before knowing how bad my situation was. I believe his name is Jason (I think, sorry if not) from ER keep doing what you're doing. The staff are, mostly, wonderful — across floors and departments (I’ve experienced several over the past month, caring for a family member with a serious illness). The food is also actually really good, which is such a benefit. The hospital is clearly enormously understaffed, though, and it’s clear. When you call for the nurse, you might be waiting for 30 minutes for one to show up, and then even longer for them to return with the correct supplies. They clearly care tremendously and are doing their best (for the most part) but the experience suffers enormously when they don’t have enough time or energy to provide the necessary help.

I went here for a general surgery to remove a cyst. Every single member I met was extremely nice and helpful. From Jackie at reception, Christina and Noel helping prep, Dr Saad, Dr Isaac, and Dr Fremgen and the entire team with the operation, Bri in recovery, - THANK YOU. Sorry for people who's names I cannot recall and have missed. The team made me feel comfortable as best as possible and I've had a great operation. Thank you.

It was the worst experience of my lifetime my friend was in chemo on the way out she fell, so they took her over to the emergency room she laid in the hallway until 4:00. they tested her back her head and while she was laying there she had very high sugar which they noticed in chemo ,what I don't understand is not once did they test her blood, not once did they give her any insulin and when she complained about being hungry they did not even feed her. I understand they could not feed her untill tests were complete. They were completed by 12. Still no one seemed concerned that her blood levels was 350. Nope they didn't give her any insulin and when she told them she had nothing to eat all day they still didn't offer even a cracker.when it was time for her to go home they gave her a glass

Lots of great staff. Beautiful facility... But the hospital has definitely gone downhill over the last 10/15yrs. Last time we were there my mom sat in the ER room for hours no sense of urgency even w/ ambulance. Other peoples blood was sitting on the tray 4/5 viles never picked up. Just left in the room for hours. I'm like mom is that ur blood she's like no it was here when they put me in here. ER staff n upstairs never seem to communicate no one knws info/details of ur issues/ailments. Takes forever to transfer to room. Have to retell over. My mom came to ER alone in ambulance ER nurse told her she had sugar issues/very low. She's never had sugar or diabetes issues ever in her life. Thought maybe they had confused her blood, etc since vials were just sitting around, etc. Seemed out of
