I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff at Twin Cities. I lost my mother-in-law last night. She was there for 3 days on comfort care. At times, her room had between 4 and 12 family members in it for the entire 3 days. Every single nurse, CNA, custodian and doctor that came in was very professional, helpful and kind. They sent a cart full of snacks, coffee and tea every day and always made sure we had enough chairs. Losing a family member is never easy and having such kind, compassionate staff meant so much. Thank you to everyone who helped care for my amazing MIL.

Went in to the ER because my doctor told me to since my blood sugar was almost 400 and had been for a large portion of the day. Not to mention my blood sugars have been completely out of whack because my insurance was being difficult and wouldn’t approve the medication I’d been on for over a year saying they needed proof I’m diabetic. When I got to the ER my wait wasn’t too bad, but then once the doctor came in he told me that 350 or 340 was not that bad because he’s seen people with as high as 2600 before. Ummm I’m sorry I didn’t wait until I was facing a diabetic COMA to seek medical help. Will not be back!! Going to French hospital from now on… because Sierra Vista is affiliated with Twin Cities they probably have the same doctors that rotate and more than likely the same bed side manor

Very disappointed with the service and charge. It’s a dog bite case, after assessment we waited for 2hrs I understand for the triage but then we are directed to a consultation room.my son was given 1 antibiotic pill and the doctor didn’t even stay for 10mins then they send us home…our bill without insurance $4,396.00 + pharmacy $332.00.called billing several times but was directed to overseas customers service..I went to twin city but they don’t have actual billing department that can answer my question..they only give me a number to call and again it’s overseas costumer number.

My father went in Er last night with edema on his lower extremities and weakness, waited all night and was sent home and told to take more lasix. I would definitely NOT recommend them. He is in heart failure and is accumulating a lot of fluid on his legs to where he can not walk to good. It’s blows my mind they did nothing for him and sent him home to basically die. What a horrible Dr who saw him.

Very upset with this hospital and how unprofessional they handled a family member. They were extremely rude on the phone and no one had any idea what was going on with my Father. They ended up transferring him without any notification to our family at all. We gave them our numbers everyday and the next day they had "no record" of it. I had to call around multiple hospitals in the Los Angeles area to find out where he got transferred. Incredibly unprofessional on the phone throughout the whole process. Please dont take anyone who needs real medical attention to this place. Hopefully the people of North County can receive better care moving forward.
