Adam Hammer at ARC Physical Therapy is the Best! I have been supper happy with the team at ARC physical therapy in Templeton! I have been treated at several different PT locations and this one has been perfect for me and my needs. Adam is very knowledgeable, experienced, prompt and caring. He listens, checks thing s out and gives just the right recommendations, take home instructions and workout when I am there. When checking out you can book out weeks in advance, they print it out and send that with you. The team gets you right in for your appointment after you sign in, very little waiting time and I like that.

I highly recommend ARC Physical Therapy. The entire staff is great and the facility and equipment is clean. I’ve been getting PT on both shoulders for rotator cuff injuries since April 2025 (mostly on my right shoulder). It has helped so much that even my orthopedic surgeon was impressed with my progress so much so that I am doing PT as an alternative to surgery.

Adam evaluated my knee issue to create a PT program for me. He and Halle continued to carefully add more exercises as I improved. The facility is clean and never too crowded.

I have been going to see Adam and his staff for years. They have helped me with stroke rehabilitation, broken arm and total knee replacement. They are so skilled in all areas of physical therapy and helped me to get my health and life back.

I have had sessions with Adam, Chloe, and Hallie; they are all unique but have helped my pain in their own ways. Everyone is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in their field. The exercises they give me help to lessen my issues. I would definitely recommend them and have recommended them to friends and family.
