It has taken me several days to actually write this review. I usually wouldn’t write a negative review, however I was very disappointed in service, professionalism, and attitude of Mr. Abernathy and staff. His attitude from the start was bad, not sure if it was the front two office staff complaining about me, or if he was just ready to be done for the day. I filled out the mandatory packet. I left a couple lines without my initials, didn’t think they pertained to my insurance or heath situation. The staff told me to sign them anyways even though they didn’t pertain to my situation or insurance. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review. I have waited two weeks to think about it, but this review needs to be done. My boyfriend had some significant foot pain that left him unable to work. We made an appointment with the doctor and had a very bad experience. Dr. Gunasayan did most/all of the talking to the point that my boyfriend shut down because the doctor was not listening at all. He was truly just waiting for his turn to talk. I tried to help the situation by asking more questions because the doctor’s plan was not well thought out and would have left my boyfriend out of work for at least three (3) weeks in a boot. When we started to ask more questions, the doctor literally threw his arms up in the air, backed his chair up against the wall and we were told he couldn’t

I do not normally post a bad review but her it goes. The worst Podiatrist that we have gone to. My parents are in their 90’s and my Dad has diabetes. When her was cutting my Dad’s nails my Dad said that it was hurting. Dr Gunasayan pushed his chair back and told my Dad that he could go home and cut his own nails. He cut my nails and I walked out with 3-4 bandaids, where he cut me. Very disappointed. We now go to a great Podiatrist that we are very satisfied.

Hands down the best foot doctor I have ever seen. I had a double ingrown toenail and was scared to get them removed. He was so gentle and precise, it was a flawless procedure. And on the plus side, the ladies up front were so helpful and nice!

Heel spurs for many years and very painful. Dr Gunasayan recommended surgery and oh what a relief!! First surgery I’ve had and VERY happy with the results!! Thank you sir for helping me walk normally and can’t wait to go hiking with my kids and not limp around like an old man. Happy New Year. Great job doctor!!!
