AdventHealth Medical Group Urgent Care at Calhoun

Went Saturday at 7:00pm was very congested sinus congestion headache fatigue gave me a shot the doctor was amazing said if I needed a doctor note to let her know. with that said I call the office staff and ask for a sick note just for” today” because I still wasn’t feeling well. and they would not provide me with one very unprofessional staff members. Not like I’m asking for a week off smh!!!!!

I came in with the flu and pink eye, Staff was very friendly and super fast. Was in and out in maybe 30-40 minutes and instantly gave me the best treatments :)

the nurse that took my temp and stuff was so rude. i did not get her name but she has brown hair, dark eye makeup and kinda big teeth. she rushed everything spoke rude acted like i shoulnt be there. all over bad experience. wont go back

Took a relative in for imaging and when I was helping med staff get them back in the car I was concerned and didn't want them to fall and hit my car because it could cause further injury. One of the med stuff stated "Oh, you have a lot of heart." and also working in the medical field I found this to be rude/ inappropriate because I'd never say anything like that to my PT's. If you can't be polite and considerate you shouldn't be patient front.

Two days in a row we were told they were at maximum capacity and not accepting any more patients. Both times were around 5:30pm! Why say you’re open till 730 if you’re not going to accept patients For the last two hours?!
