I was so impressed by the level of care and compassion this team showed my mom when we brought her in. They quickly came up with a care plan, and were so understanding and caring when we had to work through some challenges. They care plan they executed got us back to a point where my mom could get some rest and we were able to go home with some peace of mind. Thank you for the entire staff from check in to check out for treating us with such care!

My son Noah was seen today by Mrs. Perez, and she is the phenomenal! When we’ve had an emergency, and my son is sick I bring him over here, and we always get the best service. Everyone is always so kind, and extremely helpful. Mrs. Perez always goes over and beyond to make sure my son gets better. I highly recommend anyone looking for an urgent care to come here. You will be very happy you came here!

I appreciate the fact the staff takes their time to assess and read your charts! They are absolutely amazing! Dr Perez and Axel, a medical personnel, were amazing and extremely hospitable! I will drive from San Benito all the way to their offices from now on! If I could give ten stars I would give it right away! Their offices are really clean and they’re quick to attend you.

Quite DISAPPOINTED...AGAIN. I have been dealing with severe allergies and woke up this morning feeling it had progressed to a full blown sinus infection. I have been to both the Brownsville and Weslaco locations of this Urgent Care and have had decent service. Today, I checked to see if they were open and they were supposed to be open until 2 PM. I got there at 12:30 PM and I was told they had taken their last walk-in. Hmmm...aren't most people that go to urgent cares walk-ins? I asked to be seen since it was only 12:30. The young guy walks to the desk and tells me the same thing how they had met capacity for the day. The Staff at Advanced Urgent Care was great I was there 2 times in less than a week had to wait for a while the first time but hey it’s a walk in clinic. The second time I got there early and was first to be seen. The Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable had to get a shot and medication both times and what a difference after a few days on the medication the doctor was able to keep me from getting pneumonia by treating a severe chest cold accurately VERY HAPPY With there care if I need a Doctor again I will be back. A HAPPY WINTER TEXAN!
