Advanced Gastroenterology

My experience with the billing dept was horrible! I had several appts scheduled but I had to return to another state for a family emergency. I called the office & explained my situation & asked the receptionist to cancel all my scheduled appts.She assured me she would.However I received a bill charging $150.00 for a no show appt that I had cancelled.After several phone calls & emails & promised calls back I am still waiting for a resolution! I will never recommend this office to anyone!This has been since 5/7/2025.

Horrible, don't return calls, even to the hospital seeking approval. Two MRI's in a row cancelled due to their laziness...Kayla, forget it. She dosnt return any calls

If I could leave zero stars, I would this Gastro doctor’s office a big fat zero!! They have no respectful for anyone’s time. They do not call people to cancel the appointments. So if you’re driving like me over an hour away, don’t think that they will call you to tell you that your appointment was canceled. They’ll just wait till you waste your gas and your time to drive all the way over to there office to tell you to your face that you’re appointment was canceled. And lied to your face stating that they called you and leave you messages which, in fact that never happened I have proof on my phone and on my voicemail that I didn’t receive one call from them stating that they had rescheduled me. And not to mention that this wasn’t the first time this has happened to me with them. Unfortunate

The staff were friendly and professional. They made me feel well care of. I was seen by Josh Williams, the Physician Assistant. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took time to listened attentively to my concerns. Mr. Williams made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend him and his staff.
