Advanced Dermatology, P.C. | Riverhead

Office was packed at 8:50am, when I arrived for a 9:15am appt. Very small & hectic waiting room. No privacy while talking to the receptionist, who was coldly efficient, but very loud. After a short wait I saw the Nurse Practitioner Gianni Lomardi, who was really good! She made me feel very comfortable and listened to my issues. She took care of what I needed and was a pleasure to talk with. She would be the reason to go back if I decide to to so.

Haley gave expert advice on how to take care of my spots on my face and chest. She biopsy them to make sure they weren’t cancerous. She was pleasant and efficient

Well run office, with physicians and PA’s who ask questions and listen to answers, rather than making general assumptions. A great group of professionals as well as admin staff. Always a pleasure which is extraordinary given youre there for a typically unpleasant reason.

Overall office experience was good but aftercare was absolutely terrible. Called 3 times about biopsy results after 9 days of waiting. No one called back.

Well I must say I was a little disheartened by the shape the building was in. Extremely old and rundown didn’t seem a place for a dermatology practice. I had received a call that my 915 appointment was gonna be late and I did appreciate that so I got there at 10:15, and the employees were all in disarray..when i finally met my practitioner Yan Jin (Eve) i was pleasantly surprised , we discussed the micro-needling procedure and she was very informative and professional, we went over cost and post care etc. when she walked out she asked the staff to take pictures, they were still in disarray , and it took a while for someone to come in, while waiting i was looking at the room and was feeling very uneasy about getting the procedure at this Riverhead location ..when i went to check out the lea
