I will give Dr Cassie Rice 5 stars all day long, she is great, I mean great, but the triage nurse or nurses deserve absolutely NO stars. (Negative stars to infinity and back). You are there to help my daughter and do what is in the best interest of her, and if something needs done, they should run that by the DOCTOR instead of THEM making the dang decision!! When I call with an issue, the doctor should make the final decision, not a nurse!! Never seen a doctor's office, especially pediatrics, where a nurse decides what's best for the child and not the doctor, lol. I mean since when is that even allowed or better yet, ethical?? I gotta laugh because I am FURIOUS! That's putting it very lightly!!! I'm in my senior year of college majoring in social work, so when I say I've studied profession

We love Dr Moore and her MA's at Adena Pediatrics. There are kind, patient and non judgmental. The medical student today was friendly and playful with my 3 year old as well. It's quick and easy to get in when needed. Always a great experience. Glad we made the switch years ago from our previous pediatricians office.

I love my PEDS DR and the team of nurses on staff. I have had only good experiences at this hospital and 100% recommend having a baby here. Checkups are swift and easy and they truly care for my little one.

The doctors and nurses are always nice and they provide good care but lines are always busy, and every time I call they are booked up. We always end up going to an urgent care. What’s the point in having a doctor if your child can never see them?

Seen multiple doctors recently upset that Mr jetty seen my son for parasites called in a outrageous medicine that care source won't cover when I called to ask them to send in something else they told me to buy over the counter pinworm medication however pinworm isn't what my son needed treated for it was tapeworms and I myself am being treated for tapeworms we did the stool sample test which does not even test for tapeworms and ironically enough this doctor must not care because he has not called in an alternative medication for tapeworms so I guess I'll be finding a new doctor in their office one that takes patient care more seriously
