Addiction Immediate Care

Im not sure why people were talking shit about the guards. They have NOTHING to do with your recovery. I've been going since 2017 and Ive been clean ever since. The counselors are very informative, non judgemental, resourceful, and of course they know what they're talking about. Most of them ARE ADDICTS. Meghan you're wonderful. Meghan is very respectful and, until you disrespect her, she's the nicest person. I was there when Norman, and Mark, and Taylor were there and they were ALL courteous and extremely knowledgeable. To the person/people who have nothing but mean shitty things to say about that program, don't go. Simple. Go home and do nothing but look for money and steal and get locked up or high or even drunk. I think people who hate this program are the ones who are forced to

I was at Spectrum in Southbridge for 8+ years before finding AIC. SO glad I found them, and wish I had YEARS sooner. This place is absolutely amazing 👏 The ENTIRE staff is so kind, caring, and compassionate; from the coordinator to the clinicians, the receptionist to the nursing staff, and even the security guard. They do not make you feel like an addict for needing extra help, (ie threatening you with discharge & taking your takehome doses away) If you are at Spectrum, you know what I mean. They treat you like a human, a patient, and genuinely care about helping you in your recovery. They ask the bare minimum of you, which, if you are serious about your recovery, should not be a problem. I can not recommend this place enough, esp to anyone who is feeling like I did for years.. From intake to medication and counseling I was treated with respect and dignity. Nurses are great, Dave and the security team treat me like a friend. Meghan is by far the best counselor I have ever had, and I have had dozens. I am treated as an individual not just another number like at other places. It feels like going to the doctor's office as opposed to the " clinic". I am very thankful for AIC the staff especially Meghan, Dave, and Rebecca for their support and for treating me so well during a very difficult time. Thank you.

Won't let you return as a client for no apparent reason or explanation. Don't expect them to wait even one minute for you. Drive 40 minute to get there just to be told sorry no medicine that we prescribed you bc you were a minute late

Went to pick up docs for a client. Said they close at 2. They are done for the day at 1 PM.
