MISLEADING PRICING AND LAST MINUTE CHANGES I reached out to this studio because it was advertised as yoga studio rental at $10 per half hr for meditation or $25 per hour, which was the sole reason I contacted them and scheduled a meeting. This rate was visible when I inquired and was discussed via email. Less than one hour before our scheduled meeting, I was informed that the price had suddenly changed to $1,000 per week / $4,000 per month, and I was told the $25/hr rate had been “removed a while ago.” This was confusing, as that advertised rate was still visible and was the basis of our prior communication. I'm typing to say that I deeply appreciate the excellent service I received at Hudson Valley Face and Body. I received a left hip injury when skiing and later a shoulder injury that I put off too long. My wife suggested that I visit Face and Body. Therapeutic massages was something new to me. The facility was a warm and inviting atmosphere. I found the therapist Victoria extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been attending on a regular basis and my preference is deep tissue massage for wellness for my whole body. Again, thank you for your service.
