This organization genuinely has the pulse of the community as they go above and beyond to assist the members. Chris and Gilmar are great exceptional representatives that are very few far and between. I am a firm believer in the chain command and that leads me to believe that the administrative team at Acuity Optical has an excellent training regimen and it is readily apparent in Chris and Gilmar. Day in and day out, their exemplary efforts help to cement the legacy of this location and further put them on the map. Chris and Gilmar are one of.a kind and Acuity must be very proud. Chris, the knowledgeable technician who helped me throughout my eye exam has been very easygoing and smooth experience for me. In addition, Gilmar the manager of the store was super friendly as well. He made my first time being there very comfortable and efficient. I definitely will make Acuity Optical in Arcadia my only go to — clean and professional!

Went in yesterday for my annual exam and the team here was wonderful. I don’t really have eye issues, just started going in for regular checks last year. The team explained when they were doing as they went, which was comforting. I had a telemedicine visit but the doctor was able to control the equipment for my check. They even had some advanced imaging unit so I didn’t need to get dilated this time. Worth stopping by if you are in the area and looking for an exam.

My girlfriend recommend this place after I noticed I was having trouble seeing in class. This was the first eye exam I’ve ever done and wasn’t sure what to expect. Daisy was the optician that helped me out during the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the test that she was doing, which I appreciated. I was seen by Dr. Kwak who did an amazing job and even prescribed me two prescriptions since I spend a lot of time on the computer for school. Daisy afterwards helped me select glasses and even made some frame recommendations since I’ve never worn glasses before. She throughly explained all the different lens options and helped me pick the best lenses for my needs. The rest of the staff was friendly and even ensured me that I can come back anytime if I need any adjustm

Here is my experience of dealing with Acuity Optical Arcadia office. On 8-28-2024 I had an eye exam and ordered a pair of glasses. I had an appointment and yes, it was long waiting time. I was scheduled to pick up my glasses on 9-11-2024. When I came, folks on the front desk said that my glasses mistakenly had been shipped to a different office. We agreed that the glasses would be shipped to my home rather than to Arcadia office. I waited until 9-24-2024 and called them. A man who introduced himself as one of the managers again promised to ship glasses to my home. Few days later I received my glasses. With one lens fallen out and holding screw missing though. I called them and asked to mail me missing screw in a regular USPS envelope and I would fix it myself. The man said they only ship
