I started seeing Jeff for my shoulder at the recommendation of my physical therapist following surgery to repair a SLAP tear. My surgeon thought I would need to have additional surgery to regain function, but Jeff helped me regain full range of motion while reducing the fear of moving my shoulder. I continue to see Jeff for massage therapy, and highly recommend him! He is knowledgeable, considerate, and has truly helped me alleviate muscle pain and tightness.

I’ve been a client of Jeff’s for over 5 years. After a back injury and subsequent lumbar fusion left me with limited mobility and constant pain Jeff has been a key part of my treatment and pain management plan. Working in his quiet and comfortable studio, Jeff uses a holistic approach and a variety of methods and techniques to treat not only the obvious areas of concern but all areas of my body affected by the weakness and nerve damage that is my lower back. From light massage and gentle stretching to pinpoint deep tissue work, Jeff is able to find knots and hot spots often before I’ve had a chance to tell him, which helps me relax and get the most out of my monthly appointments with him.

Jeff is an excellent massage therapist. I highly recommend him. He is competent and experienced in dealing with acute and chronic conditions.
