New to the office Dr. Jorge Ceballos is an exceptional dentist who truly goes above and beyond. Dr. Ceballos is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which builds genuine trust and confidence. He did an amazing job repairing my front tooth—it looks extremely natural and blends perfectly. The entire staff is attentive, friendly, and truly invested in patient comfort and outcomes. The office operates efficiently, utilizes modern technology, and upholds the highest standards of care. My husband and I had been patients of Dr. Acosta for many years. Both of us had extensive dental work done. We were so pleased with her care that we went to see her even though she did not accept our insurance which made it necessary for us to file our own claims and to take a reduced benefit because she was considered out-of-network. My husband was there this week for a regular cleaning when he became aware of surprise number one….a new dentist informed him that Dr. Acosta was no longer there. We were never told and her name is still on the building. Surprise number two was a bill at least double the usual charge for a routine visit with X-rays. I've been a patient for the past two years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately the new owners have changed policies and prices; they charged me double, and my last appointment was without prior notice. I don't have insurance, so they should inform their patients before performing any procedures.

Today I had a Crown done with Dr Acosta and her assistant Ingrid. It was so good. I had no pain they work so well together! They finished so fast and my temp fit so well. I can not say enough amazing things about them! The service is excellent. Everyone should go there!!!

I have been a patient here for more than 10 years and have always highly recommended Acosta Dental to friends. It is now under new ownership and I wasn't notified until after I received service that the usual cost for cleaning has more than doubled. Very disappointed.
