ACME Markets Pharmacy

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years now. I have nothing but good things to say. The entire team iof Pharmacists and staff are all extremely helpful as well as friendly. They’re also extremely knowledgeable. They’re cautious in regards to potential issues a med may or may not cause. . Due to the frequency of picking up prescriptions, my husband often chats with staff while he is waiting. During one of those times he had mentioned my recent health issues that landed me in the emergency room. Then one day when we were going to pick up one medication, the pharmacist remembered what my husband told them about my recent hospital visits. . He told us that the medication we were picking up could actually contribute to the problem I was having. I appreciated that he

Taken 2/26/21 - These crab legs should be trashed. I had to zoom in to get a good picture but there is little to NO MEAT in the body part. A few, as in maybe 5, have a little more but the bulk are a disgrace. The seafood manager should know to complain, so the distributor replaces or gives the store a refund. The picture doesn't do justice because my phone makes them look bigger and better than they are.

All was fine except for Jason at the deli counter. That boy needs to be taught proper customer service procedures and how to talk to customers, including NOT calling someone "sweetie". He needs to know what is and is not appropriate to say and the appropriate tone of voice when addressing a customer. Overall, he gets a fail in all areas. Why is he in a customer-facing position at all? Put him in the back where he can be surly, sarcastic, and rude.

I rarely have to wait. They call me when it's ready. I get an Acme coupon after 5 filled prescription. Never had a problem with their pharmacist. Always answered questions I had.

UPDATE-Actually had to report Dan (they are being investigated now) as he literally lied about my medication being in stock. Told me it wasn’t and my doctor that it was. I hope his license gets pulled. Terrible pharmacy. Always makes me wait (sometimes days) for my prescription to be filled. Unacceptable. Will be bringing my business elsewhere.
