I am SHOCKED that this place is advertised as a dentistry for people with special needs. My brother is a 19 year old with Down syndrome with an extreme fear of the dentist. He sat in the chair and did not put up any kind of fight. The staff we worked with had absolutely no patience with him and gave up. They tried for all of 2 minutes to take a look in his mouth. We drove 2 hours to come here and they didn’t give us more than a total of 5 minutes of their time to try. Their only solution was to put him under sedation when there was absolutely no other behavior other than hesitation. If you are thinking of ever coming here please keep this in mind.
Very disappointed in the lack of compassion and ability to work with a special needs patient. Especially when that is 100% of their clientele. 🤔
