The best! The staff is wonderful and super efficient. Your kids check themselves in at the start which is so nice. Scheduling is easy. They explain EVERYTHING before you start the treatment and after. Also, they were about $1500 less than any other orthodontist in the area and gave a sibling discount. A++++++

We had the honor of having Dr. Loyacona as our Orthodontist for about 2 years but the transition to Dr. Telles has been smooth! I enjoy coming here with my son his teeth look great and the staff is great too! I usually go to the Penn Hills office but both are welcoming!

I would say they are the best in town. I had the honor of having Dr. Loyacona as my ortho until he retired 3 months ago. The staff is helpful, kind, and organized, especially the secretaries. They are very professional and I recommend them to anyone that’s getting braces for the first time. They are helpful and also provide any assistance in any shape or form.

My first child received braces 10 years ago. Sent my youngest there to the Pennhills location and I’m still very impressed with the services being received. Everyone is nice and respectful. Receptionist and other woman that works at the front desk were very very nice. Services are quick. Scheduling be right on time. Took my son for a consult knowing we would need braces. Right after consult and agreed payment plan my son received braces right then and there.

This office has some of the nicest staff, very clean and peaceful. My son has loved his experience with the Penn Hills office. The doctor makes it so easy to talk to him, he’s very kind and helpful.. I would recommend everyone to bring their children here for their braces they’ll love the environment.
