I came to get some things, I was with a friend. Melanie was very rude. We were waiting for her to come up we didn't say anything and she said like she was annoyed with us "I'm coming **angry voice**". Me and my friend were talking about self checkout and Melanie asked what I was talking about. I said I was talking to my friend and she said "we don't have self checkout **very angry and attitude**.

The pharmacist I spoke with on the phone became hostile with me. He would not listen to what I was trying to say to him. He already knew my prescription was able to be filled, but he was caught up in a micro verses macro loop. I have PTSD with extremely severe & literally paralizing panic attacks. He was stuck talking about something completely unrelated to my simple request if he could fill the prescription or not because I desperately needed it. Finally, after 5 minutes of hostility towards me, he finally said he could have the prescription filled with no problem when all along he was arguing, that it was a schedule class prescription medication so it was non-transferable when I had already had it filled at another Walgreens in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and it was transferred the location

The staff is the absolute best! They’re always friendly, greet me, and are willing to help me find whatever I’m shopping for even when they’re really busy. Today, the store manager was putting away stock but took time to ask how I was doing and asked what I was shopping for. I’m glad she asked, because I would never have found the tick spray. She took the time to look at all the sprays with me and find just the one I needed. Her cashiers follow her great customer service.

This wallgreens was disrespectful of my time and selfishly put their needs before mine. The website clearly states they are open until 10 pm, myself and a friend arrived at 7:30 pm and spent easily an hour at the photo kiosk selecting photos to print. We made small talk with Andrea who never informed us of another employee calling out and instead waited until 8:45 pm to tell us they were closing an hour early and would not print off the photos until 8 am the following morning. I cannot express strongly enough my dismay and utter disrespect. I am disgusted by the treatment I received. I am flying out of Pittsburgh at 5 am tomorrow morning and it would have been nice to know I wasted an hour on the last night of my vacation. The two employees need to retake a class on customer service.

I had a poor experience today regarding my photo order, so I returned to the store a bit upset. The young lady who helped me, an assistant manager I believe, handled the situation and de-escalated things considerably. I appreciate that and will continue to bring my business to this store.
