Chestnut Hills Dental Murrysville

Extremely frustrating experience with Chestnut Hills Dentistry (Murrysville location). I scheduled my appointment over the phone a month in advance and received two separate confirmation text messages. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I did not have an appointment and was not even in their system. Even after showing proof of my confirmed appointment, the front desk offered zero help or accountability. I was told “I don’t know what to tell you” multiple times and sent away without any attempt to fix their mistake. No apology. No reschedule. No solution. Just a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this office as a new patient.

It was a great experience there yesterday. Seeing Terry who is a receptionist there got me through. The girl that took me into my room was so sweet! Dr. Beech was just great and explained things to me, I appreciate that very much.

Very happy with my dental appointment today. It has been a while since I had such a thorough cleaning. Other members of my family are patients here as well. Everyone is very happy with the care we receive here.

My recent experiences at the Murrysville location have been very good. For both routine cleanings the hygienists were friendly, knowledgeable — it was a great experience. Dr. Beach was friendly and thorough with her exam.

I have been deathly afraid of going back to the dentist after a bad experience elsewhere 5 years ago. I felt so welcomed and not judged at Chesnut Hills Dental and I’m actually excited to come back and have my dental work done!! Thank you to their wonderful staff, you guys are awesome!
