This place is no good. I had a appointment to take my kids here, they girls in the office made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome, I didn't even bother to stick around to follow through with the appointment, I got my insurance cards and left as far as possible. It's very unprofessional to stare and whisper. Sad part was they keep looking at us and laughing. I'm not one to make it about race, but we are black and every girl in there was Mexican. Horrible horrible establishment. Never again

1 Star — Ignored My Pain, Hung Up on Me I came in with severe dental pain and told them I have zero pain tolerance. They gave me 50 mg of Tramadol, which did nothing. I called back after a night of agony, swelling near my throat, and taking 100 mg just to sleep—and they told me to come back for a cleaning. Then they hung up on me. This isn’t just bad service—it’s dangerous. If you’re in real pain, don’t expect compassion or urgency here. I’m now seeking care elsewhere. Disappointed

Any kind of dental procedure can be frustrating, painful and stressful. Everyone wants an instant smile & it does takes a plan. All of the staff: dentists, assistants, and the front desk are always courteous & knowledgeable. They helped give me my confidence & smile back 😁 I recommend either three of the locations for your dental needs.

We came here last time and we paid 400$ for deep clean and it healed nothing and they said we have to go to a specialist and pay again and our doctor was very mean but the front office people were nice that's the only nice thing about Access dental or should I say the worst dental (not talking about the people in the front)

Absolute worst place I've been to for ANY type of medical needs. I told them my circumstances on the phone prior to the visit. I arrived 20 minutes early. Taken into the back 20 minutes after the appointment time. They didn't know why I was there. Had to take me to another room. Waited another 20 minutes. The dentist came in. Didn't introduce herself at all. Asked me again why I was there. I told her and she had me open my mouth to examine me. She roughly pushed her fingers around in my mouth for about 15 seconds. Then said she would need to get a consult and they will contact me, then she walked out. There was no follow up or consult. They got paid. I was inconvenienced and made angry. These people do not care about you or your health.
