Absolute Foot Care: James Longobardi, DPM, MBA

The waiting area is nice and clean. They have these cute little shoe decorations and a picture of cute toes on the wall with a little religious writing. The ladies were nice. If the waiting area is full, only sits five people, there is another waiting area right outside by the elevator. The doctor was super friendly. I don't really like people touching or looking at my feet, but I felt pretty comfortable with this doctor. He also seems like he knows what he talking about. Definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a place to go. The only reason I gave it four instead of five starts is because the price was a little high.

Dr.James Longobardi and his staff are very professional and welcoming. I appreciate all the safety measures thier are taking to make patients feel safe during thier visit. The time and care he put into my visit and following up with X-rays and MRI results with phone calls so I wouldn't have to miss work how awesome is that! So if you're in need of a good podiatrist, you're in good hands with Dr. Longobardi and his staff.

Dr Longobardi's himself office staff is useless, lazy, and unethical. How hard is it to answer the phone or return an email. The office manager is worse because she behaves the exact same way. She can't be bothered to return a call and takes DAYS to return an email. They charged me an additional $70 for a post-op appointment. Post-op appointments are included with the surgery. I tried calling for months to find out why and never got a return call until last week when their accounting office called me. I learned I'm being charged for the post-op because the office staff failed to schedule me within 10days. I told them I'd pay for appointment but not the post-op because post-ops are included. Now they sent me to collections. Good job worst office ever. I'm not paying for the post-opand will

I have diabetes and see Dr. Longobardi every other month. He's a great doctor very informative. Staff is always friendly and polite. They go the extra distance when it come to your care!

Doctor Longobardi and his team are very caring and he treats his patients with respect. His very accurate and I highly recommend him. He is like doctors use to be back in the days. He listens and takes good care of his patients.
