ABCD Pediatrics - Churchill Estates

I found ABCD Pediatrics because my previous pediatrician joined their practice, and I wanted my son to continue seeing the same doctor. However, at our first visit, we were scheduled with a different Family Nurse Practitioner due to their Saturday staffing. I have always tried to be consistent and ensure my son sees the same physician at each visit. My son is currently 13 months old and has attended every scheduled checkup and received all his vaccinations, as far as I was aware. At his 12-month appointment, I was informed that he was behind on a booster shots, which I had never been told before. I was also told that he has “retractile testis.” I don’t understand why this is only now being mentioned after he has already turned one year old. Why wasn’t this brought up at an earlier visit? A

The front desk staff was polite & received us with a smile, which we never get at our regular clinic. They were also able to setup same day appointments for us which was great. Medical assistant was patient & sweet with my sick toddler. Dr. Jennifer Galindo was very thorough during exams & patient education. I wish their waiting area was setup with separate sick patients entry & well patients entry but their service was absolutely great!

I enjoy the experience coming to to this dr office . I love how convenient the location is from our house, how clean it is, everyone there is very nice and caring. The waiting área gives you a home feeling and makes the kids feel safe and welcome. Our nurse was very sweet,gentle and showed concerned for my son, the dr we saw also took the time to examine my boy and made me feel at ease with all my concerns. It's a nice feeling when a dr will take their time with you and your child. I always come visit this office and will continue to do so. Thank You to All the staff!

I had a wonderful experience at this doctor’s office today! The staff was welcoming and professional, and everything was very clean. The doctor was amazing — kind, attentive, and thorough. He provided excellent care, made my child feel at ease, and took his time with us without making me feel rushed. I left feeling confident about the care we received and the helpful information I got for my 4-year-old. I’ll definitely be coming back!

ABCD Pediatrics provides exceptional care for my two children. Dr. Shanker and her staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive! The nursing staff is always friendly and takes the time to truly get to know each of my children, which makes a meaningful difference and builds a wonderful sense of trust. I’m very grateful to have such a great pediatrician’s office caring for my family!
