I never worry that what I send Rick will come back to me as anything less than amazing. We recently had a patient that had dentures that fit, but she had not wanted to smile for 12 years. I relayed her concerns to Rick and let him work his magic. The whole room was in happy tears and laughter and the biggest smiles. She has not stopped smiling.
