She answered all my question She did what she could with the age of my aids, with out pushing me to get new especially once we decided that new aids where not going to help with my profound loss. I appreciate her honesty with me and took the time to show me what my options are

I went in to get hearing aids. The receptionist was bubbly & kind. I'm terrible with names, so I don't remember either persons name. The technician was very thorough & took a detailed inventory of my symptoms. She had a very calming demeanor. My coverage for hearing aids changed. I'm responsible for a lot more money than in the past. She tweaked some features of the aids to make them attainable. I really appreciated that.

I highly recommend A+Plus Hearing Center. Marissa was very kind and courteous. She adjusted the tubing for my hearing aids and talked with me about future options. Thank you for such a fantastic job. The hearing aids fit better than they have fit before. I would give them a 9 out of 10

Awesome experience always , known him over 20 years , takes care of me well always , I have moderate to severe hearing loss , it helps me so much. He encourages me all the time for wearing them ! I am due for another set in 3 months with the newer technology , going to help me even further , am 77 years almost 78 in October this year !! Glad for the technology we have up to date !
