I stopped in to get a business card for my parents so they could call for an appointment. I was greeted by an unfriendly lady at the front desk. I figured she was just having a bad day. A few days later my mother call to get some information on the cost of an office visit. This same lady told her very rudely that she would have to make an appointment and come in before that information could be given out. Needless to say, they will not be making an appointment at that office.
