I am just dumbfounded at their lack of well being a doctor. I called because I was in a car accident. Thinking they would be like my partners doctors office or litterally any doctor and want you to be seen but no I need help with a sinus infection that was moving to my jaw and still nope no call back no reply no bucks given. I am just dumbfounded at this offices lack of humanity or even hippa laws?! They dont consider those either. Proud to be transfer8ng to my parents dr even if it means dr8ving all the way to alden.

I been going here for 2 years. The staff and Doctors are amazing. The PA Jess is fantastic. Thanks for all you do. Too bad we are moving to Texas and the practice couldn't go with us. Also the secretary Katie is nice on the phone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bousader-Armstrong since I was around 20 or so. I have followed her to every practice she has been with. I feel like the team she has behind her treats everyone like family. I would highly recommend.

The sweetest women work at this office both Doctors PA and nurses. My child is Autistic and adores Dr Natalie and I love her her PA and everyone else there. They are the best I’ve ever gone to in my 20 years of living in both Buffalo and NT! Grazie ladies🤌🏽🤍

I had a great experience at the medical office. I recently moved to the area and needed to establish myself as a patient with a PCP and get my annual wellness check. The check-in process with the reception staff was easy and Dr. Bousader-Armstrong was fantastic. She conducted a thorough exam, asked relevant questions, and provided me with relevant information. I highly recommend this office.
