3C Vision Specialists

I came to 3C Vision Specialists for treatment of an eye injury, and the medical care itself has been good. The providers have been professional and thorough. On two separate appointments, I experienced extended wait times throughout the visit. Each time, I waited about 30 minutes in the main waiting room, another 30 minutes after being taken back, and then additional time waiting in the exam room before being seen. This occurred even when I was essentially the only patient in the facility, which made the delays especially confusing and frustrating. Being taken back typically signals that care is about to begin, so the continued waiting stood out. The quality of care has been solid, but improvements to scheduling and patient flow would greatly improve the overall experience. PS: I waited

Very short wait time. Friendly staff and Dr Trujillo is great. Takes his time to talk to you and answer questions. I’ve been with Dr Trujillo over 20 years now! Highly recommend him!
