1st Choice Urgent Care of Waterford

1st Choice Urgent Care was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. I came in to have a burn on my leg looked at (which was infected) and also had issues with my rotator cuff. The doctor and staff were kind, attentive, and very thorough. I received a shot, medication for pain, antibiotics for the infection, and they even scheduled me for physical therapy three times a week for four weeks. I arrived at 2:30 and was completely done by 3:15 — x-rays and all! This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend!

It was a good experience and if I’m ever in need of urgent care again, I’ll go back. I scheduled my appt and registered on-line which was very easy. When I arrived for my appt I was greeted and didn’t have to wait too long for the provider - Craig PA-C to see me. He was professional, yet personable- I didn’t feel rushed when giving my history. He sent an order for some medication to my pharmacy which is about 10” away. When I got there it was ready within 5”. I’m thankful to have this urgent care so close to home.

OMG!! The staff greeted me with smiles and was on it was in an out in minutes. The Dr was on point even insisted I take an xray to make sure my pneumonia didn't come back..Over all great experience will come here again because of the smiling faces and great service. THANK YOU URGENT CARE!!....continued....Went back on Friday and again smiles and great service every staff member greeted and assisted me with that same great attitude and service and I only needed test results and paperwork!! My experience was very good at 1st Choice Urgent Care. I was seen in less than ten minutes. Carissa, the Nurse Practitioner was competent and very nice. I’d recommend it to anyone who needed an urgent care visit

Love how nice the receptionist are and the doctors. The treat you like a patient and not an inconvenience like some other places do! 5 stars is what I'm allowed to give but if is was up to me I'd give all the stars I could. 🌟
