1st Care Medical Clinic - Appointment or Walk-in

RECEPTIONIST RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! She is answering medical questions and not qualified!!! I called as a new patient. I wanted to speak to a nurse before I decided to make an appointment. Depending upon her answer to a medical question, I may or not have scheduled. But, the reception wanted to know my question, which is private, and told me she’s qualified to answer medical question! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was going to offer to schedule an appointment to speak with the nurse and offer to pay for the session, but receptionist changed so I hung up. Boy, the owner of this practice really doesn’t care about his or her business hiring Simeon like that! He or she will lose their license and their practice with this lil girl working there. There is essentially no record keeping or care coordination here. You have to call repeatedly just to obtain or review lab results—and even then, they send you the same information you originally provided to them at the time of your appointment. Patients are expected to interpret their own labs, with the provider asking questions like, “Do you want to go over the results?” or “Was everything okay on the lab?” Each visit requires explaining my medical issue to at least three different staff members, only to discover that the actual provider is still unaware of my situation. The lack of communication and organization is deeply frustrating and unprofessional, and unsafe.

This is the worst medical office I’ve ever experienced. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless. They don’t care about patients’ health or time. I’ve been waiting for a referral for almost a month, and they still haven’t sent it. All they seem to care about is charging your insurance or taking your money if you’re self-pay. Every phone call feels like an argument—they talk with zero respect or professionalism. If you value your health and peace of mind, change your doctor immediately and stay away from this office.

Erika at the front desk is the friendliest reception at a doctors office that I’ve had. Called ahead to explain my specific situation and she even checked with the doctor ahead to make sure they could help in my situation before I made the drive out. It was a longer wait to see the doctor but understandable because they were so busy , and still stayed long after the 12pm closing on a Saturday to see everyone! I really appreciated the doctor as well with her gentleness, kindness and caring approach. She clearly is there for the right reasons , as is the reception, Erika. Other intake staff were very pleasant as well. It seems to me they are all there in a very busy area for the right reasons. Thankyou for your help today.

Waited 3 hours in a half, still waiting ….I’m livid. 2 doctors and they book 3/5 people for the same time slot. Imma call the private eye news and have them investigate some ain’t right. This my primary care doctor sad to say I was better off going to the emergency room.
