The staff at 09 Dental is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been a patient of Dr Morales for many years and he is caring and informative. He takes pride in his work and its evident in my smile. He has the best dental team...his hygienist Ryan is the best around. He is patient, kind and very thorough. His Practice Manager Cathy is extremely helpful, outgoing, and always has a smile. She has the best customer service I have ever encountered. I would never consider going anywhere else. I recommend 09 Dental to anyone looking for a new dental home.

The staff at 09 Dental is absolutely the BEST!!!! You will not find a group of individuals more professional or committed than these guys. They really care about their patients. Dr Morales exceeded all my expectations, his dentistry is superb. Cathy is very welcoming and super sweet and professional and efficient. Love her attention to detail. Ryan the hygienist is knowledgeable, educational and super friendly. The team delivers 5 star service every time!!!!

Dr. Morales’ office isn’t covered by my insurance, but back in April, they told me it was. So, I went ahead and got the cleaning. Fast forward eight months to today, and they called to say my insurance isn’t paying because of a deductible—which I know is a lie. I spent an hour on the phone with my insurance company. Turns out one of his locations is covered, but not the one on Austin Highway. I called that location and asked them to resubmit the bill through their Blanco location, which is covered. They refused. When I told them my insurance wouldn’t cover the payment, they asked if I was ready to pay now. First don’t lie to your customer, I knew this had nothing to do with my deductible. Second, you could’ve easily received payment by charging the other office. Dr Morales is great, his

Dr. Morales is the best! He brought my smile back. On my first visit I was so nervous because of my previous experiences with other dentists. He made me feel so comfortable. After all the procedures I no longer hesitate to smile. My teeth are beautiful! His staff is the best as well. I highly recommend Dr Morales.

I have been a patient here for 2 years. Dr. Morales and the rest of the staff are awesome! The office is very clean, well structured and I'm always seen in a timely matter, at or before my scheduled appointment time. Ryan, the dental hygienist, does by far the best cleaning I've ever had in my 50 years! Very thorough and professional. I highly recommend 09 Dental!
