The receptionist was very nice and on top of it. The Physician’s Assistant, Reda, was one of the most detailed and invested physicians I have met. The questions he asked and the follow up he suggested was impressive. I gave this a score of 4 because ZoomCare is still not on top of their online paperwork. We lost an appointment slot due to ZoomCare not sending out Wellness Check paperwork or making it available to upcoming patients so we had to take one of our appointments slots to complete the paperwork that should have been sent before our appointment. Staff was great!

So, I have been coming here just shy of a year now. Every single time, I have a positive experience. Joanna helps me settle in, laughs at my lame jokes, and Chris remembers things like the watch I wore last visit, helps me chill out talking about cars and things that assist in reducing my health anxiety. Reda is my provider, and I find he is personable, down to earth, fair, and explanatory. I appreciate that they all remember me, take an extra minute or two to talk, and I never feel like a number or a face in a crowd. Also, side note...I have a whole thing about blood draws, and both Joanna and Chris were so patient, so helpful with all that. I found the experiences I have had are what keep me coming back, and I trust them.

I am writing this review because what happened at ZoomCare caused a serious delay in my ability to receive medical care, and that is not something I take lightly. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk staff member, Chris, was polite and professional in attitude. However, during the long check-in process, he held my driver’s license and medical ID in his hand while wiping his nose — twice — and then continued handling my documents. No hand sanitizer, no gloves, no attempt at hygiene. That alone was unsettling in a medical setting. Chris then escorted me to the exam room and took my blood pressure without sanitizing his hands. I had my blouse sleeve pulled down for the exam when a doctor entered the room looking exhausted and disheveled, as if he had not slept or changed clothe

Do not use for primary care. It is a bait and switch. I scheduled an annual physical. The first 2 times I scheduled with Julie Passon at the Wilsonville clinic. Both times, in an email the day before, I had confirmations with an different provider, a man Christian Marchant. I had to cancel those because all I wanted was a Pap smear, which I did not want a man to do. I had to make 3 separate appointments before I got an appointment with a female provider, causing a delay of 2 months. When I arrived for actual healthcare, a Pap smear, physical, or both, I made it clear that I was there for that, but my priority was a Pap smear. I was not given paperwork to fill out my history in the office myself, or beforehand. I told them I was a cash pay patient, had a crowd sharing healthcare plan (Crow

We saw Reda Bassaly PAC today. He was very thorough. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood. He made us feel valued and that he genuinely cared about the wellbeing of his patients.
