AFC Urgent Care Portland - TeleHealth

The TeleHealth I received from a PA was amazing. They asked all questions regarding more than what my appointment was for, ensuring my concerns were accurate/pointed in the right direction. They were very friendly and easy to work with, giving recommendations for medicine regimes and next steps clearly. Jackie T is amazing

I will use them again. If you have something that doesn’t require in office like stitches I highly recommend the Telehealth. It was quick and easy and I got the prescription I needed fast without having to drive to an office and wait. Jackie was incredible. She listened, was thoughtful and very helpful in getting me the prescription I needed to help. I never felt rushed or talked down to. I had a great experience today and will opt for this option again. It was nice not needing to leave my home and wait while sick.

Jackie was wonderful. She treated me like a person instead of a suspect (which is really common nowadays). She came up with a good diagnosis and treatment plan. It went smoothly. Everything about the visit was lovely.

I needed to see my doctor but because she’s a new primary care physician to me, she didn’t have any appointments for several weeks. They suggested urgent care. I set up an appointment online for telehealth. It was very easy and very efficient. I joined the call this morning and in 10 minutes I had resolution and a prescription dialed into the pharmacy. The nurse practitioner was super helpful, thorough and very, very nice!! Recommend!

I had a video Appt with Jaclyn Thobaben and all i can tell you is she was very thorough, pleasant and I felt heard. I felt as though I was on track with the start of a plan to better my health. I've never had a bad experience with AFC.
