Been going here since a child now my son goes. I love it here but the reason I’m giving 3 stars is due to Dr.Kong and how she speaks to kids and parents. She is very rude and need to learn how to soften up !!! Dr. Sabrina is the best !! I love how she talks to the kids and how she makes sure you understand everything.

The worst communication I experienced today they didn’t even answer my call after calling numerous times. I was so upset for getting the run around for my son medication only for them to tell me they can’t refill his medicine until he is seen. Which I was very upset because he needed it & they really drop the ball.

I've been going to zoe pediatrics for 3 years since I moved to thomaston and have had no issues at all until they got a new staff for the front desk, my children have been dismissed as patients due to a missed appointment. Didn't matter to them that I explained my daughter just had surgery to remove her tonsils and was bleeding from the surgery site and had to be taken to the er. Didn't matter that I canceled my appointments through the automated text message zoe sends out, and for some reason their front desk is not connected to their own website so they can't see canceled appointments. I was told the CEO of zoe hears all of this and still decided to dismiss 4 of my children with no explanation other than 1 of them missed an appointment. Dr. Kong, the owner, is the downfall of the Zoe Pediatrics locations. She is cold, impersonal and lacks any amount of empathy. She makes the children uneasy and does not provide a emotionally safe environment for them. My son was calming down from a anxiety attack, she looked at my son and said 'you're pushing it' and because she was so toxic, my son wasn't able to continue calming down until she left the room. We ended up not being able to get his 9yr check up complete. We have had multiple other interactions with her like this. We now request Dr. Campbell and Dr. Burnette. Both of them are incredible and definitely have the heart for what they do. Before anyone says to change pediatrician offices, I would if I could, but I am limited due to insurance.

Dr. Kong has the worst bedside manner. She doesn’t explain anything. She talks down to you when you ask a question. I’m shocked the thomaston office is still open. I haven’t had one positive interaction with her. When my child was 3 months old, she told me I needed to start feeding him water and vegetables because he was fat. The American Pediatric Association recommends only breast milk or formula until at least 6 months.
