Ingles Pharmacy

The pharmacy is usually pretty good. I've used them for years now. However there's one employee I think his name is Greene that is not helpful at all. I made two trips to the pharmacy because the Ingles app tells me the Dr has sent my fiance's prescription to the pharmacy. The first time he said the Dr hasn't called anything in...ok your app says different. The second time he says it was denied with no explanation. So I speak to another employee to find out if it was denied by the Dr or the pharmacy? She tells me that there was indeed a prescription called in and it was added to her profile to be filled on the 7th because it was a few days to early. Now that makes sense. How hard was that? My husband was trying to get his insulin filled. His cost would have been over $300.00 but I found an RX program "NeedyMeds" that would help with the cost of his med. When he got there they told him this must be an old app. I just pulled it up on my phone and did the research. They did not fulfill their end of the program. It just angers me that much needed meds are so costly yet find a program that lowered that cost and Ingles would not hold true to the program.

I've only ever really used ingles pharmacy so I can't compare, but they've never given me a reason to try somewhere else. Everyone is nice and I rarely have to wait long for medicines.

Very friendly staff. Every time I go there they always answer all my questions and help me find stuff in the pharmacy section when I need it.
