CareConnect Convenient Care, Thomaston

I went in just for some routine tests for a job and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They were so polite in the front and also the back office. I can’t say enough about Sybil Lew FNP-C. She was a delight to talk to and you could tell she really cares about her patients.

Just moved to Thomaston. Everyone was great and super helpful. Especially front desk nurse. A special thanks to her. She helped me find a new pharmacy in town. This doctor office actually called our prescription in whereas the city I came from before never did! I’m very impressed Thomaston! Thanks so much. U have my praise!

It was great that they are open on Sunday! I had reached my limit with severe sinusitis and had tried everything possible to get well. After coming into the clinic- the people waiting to be seen were even friendly and welcoming… This is a great place to come. I have nothing to say that needs improvement! The staff were extremely professional and kind!

Front desk was very loud. Verbally announcing to her coworker my insurance information, as well as shouting other coverage information into the lobby to other patient(s). Also after reviewing my medical record from recent visit, the physician put that I declined having certain medical history but I specifically stated that I was on a medication for it. Scrolled down to see the provider did put my medication down but claimed I did not have a history of said issue related to why I was taking the medication in the first place. I also stated how I had a specific allergic reaction to two different medications and in my chart it states how there is unknown reaction. The provider also typed in my chart how she checked my ears and everything else which is incorrect, as she only accessed my breathi

Came into an empty lobby 30 minutes before closing for a dot physical. Even though their hours say that they are open until 8pm I was informed they stop doing physicals at seven. All personnel were present.
