Zip Clinic Urgent Care | Maryland Heights

Went to clinic for ear pain and sinus issues. Doctor who treated me was so great. Took time to ask the right questions, was patient and really seemed to care about how I was feeling. She prescribed me two medications. She said if there was any issue with the medication please call and let them know. Well one of the medications did not go over to cvs so I called and explained pharmacy didn’t get the second prescription. They said it was an over the counter medication and did not need to be called in. I said I was aware of it but the Doctor wanted it called in as a prescription, she explained that to me. I was then told the nurse would call it in . Well the nurse never called it in so now I have to make a third trip out to get it over the counter. Really disappointing as I am not feeling gre

This clinic used to be good but in the past few years they seem determined to be as unhelpful as possible. It's under 5 mins from my house, but the last few times I've gone there, I've been reminded that going elsewhere is 100% worth the drive. You'd expect healthcare workers to have better standards for themselves when dealing with people's health and well-being, but this place is a stark reminder that they're just as human as the DQ workers next door (yet you can expect the latter to actually do their job).

Our Urgent Care is and will always be my first choice when it comes to urgent care. I've visited for the last few years with my children and always feel welcomed, cared for, and the staff is fast & efficient. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs urgent care. Thank you for taking care of my family over the years!

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been too they always get my kids back quicky very knowledgeable and show that they care about their patients … we love zipclinic and couldn’t be happier with the care we receive here !!

I would like to say how appreciative I am of the genuine patience and care that was shown by the staff. My little girl was very distraught about having a throat swab done but the staff handled it so well. Thank you so very much for everything that they did to accommodate her.
