CVS Pharmacy

This location was great until Edith came along. I have never had a pharmacy tech roll her eyes at me and stomp impatiently. I came up to the window and told her, since my rx had been filled for a few days, that the other tech told me to ask for a resubmission to my new insurance that had started the day before so it would be covered. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said "I have no idea what you're taking about". Then she went to pull my meds and she acted like it was my fault she couldn't find them on the shelf. When she finally found it I asked if she can search my insurance plan since i didn't have my new card yet, which every CVS employee I've met does without being asked. She said "I dont think so". Edith has been rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. Everyone else at this location has provided great customer service, so this one star is for Edith only. I completely understand this is a very busy location and I appreciate her trying to get to everyone quickly, but on two separate occasions she has been rude and couldn’t give me the time of day to take a moment and listen to my questions. First occasion, I had an expensive prescription to pick up, but had a great coupon with goodRX. I handed her the goodRX coupon and she looked at me and said “what is this?”. I explained that it is a goodRX coupon and she said she didn’t know if that would work. She typed everything in, and then told me they don’t accept that there. While I usually have a decent experience, the last few times the line has been outrageous with only one person checking out customers. For this reason I am looking into changing pharmacies

Really appreciate Tim Miller, a new employee in Prescriptions. Very helpful with me and the 2 other customers I watched him help... Patient, thorough, courteous, very professional!
