Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital

Lots of new improvements done since the last time I was here over 5 years ago with my son I love how they're willing to work with the children and you as much as possible to make their stay here happy

I had an accident a crash lot of things happened to me you guys r the best thank you ranken jordan nowadays I realized how happy was i while hospitalized remember you all like a pleasure to me meet you all you guys the best of the best how happy I am anybody who's worried about your family member keep no worries this hospital does the best for its patients be sure your kiddo will be alright this hospital some great memories to me

The Dr was good and the two NP’s were great BUT, my son had to be transferred back to children’s because my son’s extension was broken off inside of my son’s J tube. The nurse changed her story twice the first story was that “she didn’t know what happened to my son’s tube” the 2nd story was “he broke it himself” he’s 6 and has had a g and a GJ tube for most of his life that’s never happened and it was confirmed by a employee there (I will not give that employee’s name because of possible retaliation) and a parent that over heard exactly what had happened. Plus with the amount of force it takes to snap off the entire bit of a extension in a J tube it takes a lot, also I rode in the ambulance with my son and thought we were going back to Ranken we were told the next day by a provider there t

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service (or lack thereof) I received from Raken Jordan. I was referred to this facility by my son's doctor's office and case manager, as he is autistic and urgently needs a speech device. After struggling for over two years to secure this vital support, I had hoped Raken Jordan could finally provide the assistance my son requires. My initial contact was deeply concerning. Upon calling, I was told that the designated point of contact, Abby, did not exist. The operator was unable to provide any helpful information or direct me to the appropriate person, despite my expressing the frustration I had already endured with my son's managed care worker. This experience left me with a deeply troubling impression, particularly after I voiced

JESUS CHRIST truly blessed my son and my experience at Ranken Jordan! The full staff at Ranken were friendly, helpful, and seemed to truly care about my son's health and recovery. He was there a little over 2 months and I can truly say that, if we had to be away from home and at a hospital, this place is certainly a place to heal and rehabilitate at. My son loved the food, activities, cooking classes, and the outside baseball field. The staff that really stood out for us were Karen, Allison, Katie, and Kelley, but there are so many others that I could not began to type all of their names. Keep up the good work and may THE GOOD LORD continue to bless Ranken and the wonderful staff!
