Zinfandel Dental Practice

The staff and dentist provided an unsatisfactory experience. They caused my son's experience, as well as mine, to be quite negative. They lack the skills to manage frightened children effectively. Instead of addressing the situation appropriately, they simply ignore it and transfer patients to another dentist, demonstrating a lack of professionalism in client management. This establishment is, unfortunately, of a poor standard.

We had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 pm and arrived on time, but we were never seen. What was especially frustrating is that patients who arrived after us were taken in while we continued waiting. Hence, I had to leave without receiving any care. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time. I expect Zinfandel dental practice office to respect appointment times and treat patients fairly, and unfortunately this office did not

This place is very unprofessional. They took an X-ray of my two boys without my consent. They just assumed that it was ok. During the supposedly cleaning, none of that happen. The dentist is rude the employee was uneducated . It is a terrible and big mistake to take your children to Zinfandel Dental practice. Don’t ever make mistake like I did. They just want your money. I will never go back. Both of my kids are terrified and traumatize.

Thankful for the staff and dentist! My son has moderate autism and they were wonderful with him. Sarah was able to get X-rays done when others have tried for years. Tina in the front t office was kind and helpful.

My boyfriend Anthony has been going to this clinic for a couple of years now, and he has been very happy with the service from this office. Tina at the front desk is always helpful and kind as well as very understanding. Dr. Vo is very professional and does an amazing Job. Sarah the Dental assistant is amazing at her job as well. Over all very pleased with this office.
