Never will go back here again we called them and told them our dog just had a seizure and she needs to get looked at they just said oh sorry take her to emergency or just watch her and we have an appointment on Monday like really so we went to a different place never will go back they don’t care!. We found another place and take her in right away!. So if your dog is sick and needs to get looked at good luck on this place they will make u wait or say take them to emergency!. What a waste of time!.

We love the attention we and our dog get when we come in. The doctors do a great job giving us the individual attention we need each time. They've helped us bring baby dogs up in this world as well as helping us at end of life times with a few dogs which can be painful. Anyways they're always cool at VCA Mather

They cared for my problem cat and didn't traumatize her.

We’ve been with VCA for many years and recently moved our animals to the Mather VCA when we moved here. They may be a little pricier than some other vets, but we think it’s been worth it. I, unfortunately, had to put my 15 year old cat to sleep a few weeks ago. Prior to that we had multiple visits for treatments and the doctors there were very efficient, honest, and compassionate about our options and trying to treat what was wrong with her. Dr. Faith was the doctor who was with me for the euthanasia procedure, and we had never previously met her before. But she provided absolutely wonderful care to both my cat at me during that difficult time. She let me know exactly what to expect every step of the way, and gave me as much time with my cat as I needed to say goodbye. Most importantly,

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience here. Our cat had been seen there for a long time and we were having a good experience, but within the last year or two, I think things have gone downhill. Specifically, we have experience a lot of shortness and sometimes outright rudeness from the people who answer the phone and at the front desk. We've been made to feel dumb for asking simple questions--questions we have to ask in the first place because of lack of communication. For instance, apparently we were supposed to be notified ahead of a visit that the Dr. had recommended that our cat take a sedative before the visit, but it was never told to us, so we had to delay and reschedule an appointment.
