From the very first phone call, to the welcoming attitude of the front desk staff, to walking out with new contacts and ordering my glasses — the entire experience was seamless. Everyone, including Dr. Ching, was friendly, professional, and efficient. They made me feel comfortable while also getting right down to business. I truly appreciated the warm, welcoming environment and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The Level of care that Dr. Ching shows and demonstrates impressed me a lot. I took my wife there for the first time ( she's pregnant ) and Dr Ching was so thorough and patient, took his time and addressed all of our concerns. I was so impressed with how much he cares that I switched my daughter from her Optometrist to Dr. Ching. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Ching is amazing! We have not been current patients for about 3 years now due to moving out of state and he was still willing to help us get some contacts to get us by until we can find a provider in our new town. During our time as patients he was always kind, professional, and understanding. 100% recommend his office to everyone we know in the Sac area!
