Zen Dentistry Grand Central

It’s my first time coming into the clinic and everyone was incredibly nice and kind and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr Fatima Popcakova did my cleaning and examined everything, she’s very thorough!! She’s super nice and fun, and I could feel that she really likes her job 😆 my dental assistant and the front desk were also very helpful and nice. Overall 1000/100, couldn’t get a better experience 💯 can’t wait for my next appointment with dr fatima to do my 5 fillings lmao 😂

I have been searching New York for a new dental practice for months and I think I have finally found my new place! I cannot recommend Zendentistry at Grand Central enough! Dr. Fatima, Katherine the dental hygienist, and the receptionists Marian and Chantall (I apologize if I misspelled their names!) were all so welcoming, sweet and knowledgeable. I felt so well taken care of from the moment I stepped in - I even had a little kerfuffle with my insurance and they made sure they chased it down immediately without putting any of the stress on me. Dr. Fatima and Katherine were so thoughtful when speaking to me, considered all of my concerns very carefully and thoroughly checked for any other concerns and provided really personal recommendations. This place is fantastic! I immediately felt like family when I entered the space because Miriam and Chantel welcomed me with warmth and joy 🥹. Once I was called into the room, I met Julio and he took my experience from great to perfect! He was thorough, honest, insanely knowledgeable, patient, non judgmental, and hilarious 😆. Prior to meeting Dr Fatima, I could hear her interacting with a few of her clients and I instantly knew I was in good hands 🤩. That same level of warmth and kindness I received as I entered the office was consistent with every client she connected with. Now, I had a lot of work that needed to be done - and keep in mind I made this appointment yesterday as a NEW client - so I was expecting to get X-rays and be sent home 😰; but Julio and Dr Fatima came in ready to knock

Dr.Fatima my dentist and Judy Lamb, my dental hygienest were punctual, polite and very efficient in my cleaning, and future work needed based on recent XRays.
