Just four days after the surgery, I can already feel a significant difference. My knee feels clean, smooth, and stable, and the clicking caused by scar tissue is completely gone. Dr Anthony surgically repaired biceps tendinosis and a torn supraspinatus muscle (rotator cuff) for me two weeks ago. I was anticipating a painful recovery (and told to expect that by numerous friends and family members), but have been happily surprised to be largely pain-free and sleeping well since four days after the surgery.
