We absolutely love Dr. Lal! The entire team is so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walk in. They truly know how to make kids feel comfortable and safe, which makes such a huge difference. The office is clean, cheerful, and very kid-friendly. Dr. Lal takes the time to explain everything clearly to both parents and children, putting our occasionally anxious kids at ease. Our two kids (ages 2 and 3) actually look forward to going to the dentist now, which I never thought I’d say! We’re so grateful to have found a practice that is both professional and genuinely caring. Highly recommend to any family looking for an amazing pediatric dentist.

Dr. Lal is truly the GOAT of pediatric dentistry. He has treated all three of our children for over 10 years. Our two youngest are extremely anxious about dental work, and Dr. Lal is the only dentist who has ever been able to make them feel comfortable and treat them successfully. Even after moving to the suburbs, we still drive over an hour into the city because he is that good. We have tried other dentists that were closer to home and none can compare. Dr. Lal is just head and shoulders above the rest. Very skilled, knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly patient and kind. We are so grateful to have him as our kids’ dentist.

We love Dr. Lal and have trusted him with our child’s dental care for eight years, which is the only reason we still come to this location. He is truly amazing and caring dentist, and has really great rapport with the kids which can be really reassuring specially when you have an anxious child. Unfortunately, the office staff has become increasingly incompetent in our recent visits. They are often late, leaving patients waiting outside until another parent opens the door. Once we got automated reminder for an appointment and confirmed it but it was not registered on their calendar and at our most recent visit we couldn’t even schedule follow up appointment date because no receptionist was available.

After searching and visiting a handful of pediatric dentists for an emergency, Dr Lal was the solution. He is a master at work w his team, very gentle and patient w the kids. He loves what he does and it incredibly intentional about what and why he does it.

We had a great experience with Dr. Lal when we took our 3 year old for a dental checkup. He has a wonderful bedside manner which put my daughter completely at ease and I was amazed at how well she cooperated with him during the entire check up. He made the whole experience quite enjoyable for her, and she follows all his dental care instructions (including flossing!) very carefully. The office staff was very pleasant and courteous and there was no wait time during our appointment.
