Dr. Mickens is amazing!! Our daughter may not love the vaccines but she really does like her doc. Dr.mickens is very attentive and kind and truly can see her love for what she does, it's not just a job. The front staff at the Edgewater location is also amazing they are so welcoming and sweet to us when we come in and ready to answer any and all questions.

Was looking for a pediatrician for my newborn after not being the biggest fan of a different pediatrician's office. My husband and I absolutely love South River. The office staff to the nurses to the providers, every single person is helpful and friendly. We go to the Dunkirk office and see Krystal, but I’ve spoken on the phone with staff at the Edgewater office and they have been just as great. We couldn’t be happier with a pediatrician for our baby!

The staff and medical team are very friendly and wonderful with the children. Dr. Tibbs gets special honorable mention for her superb care of her patients. My family will follow her anywhere because our kids are worth it. She provides excellent care, she’s thorough, and we trust her medical judgement! Dr. Tibbs, you are a gem!

There hasn't been one episode or incident that the South River Pediatric team hasn't come through or been available for my boys. Both the Dunkirk and Edgewater locations are staffed with professionals that provide phenomenal services. 💯 recommended for your families' health care needs.

If I could leave no stars I would. I've never been so frustrated with a doctor's office. I've taken both my kids here since they were babies, so almost 12 years. We moved away from Edgewater and I still kept driving my kids here because we felt they received good care. They lost two patients today. I was 18 minutes late to our appointment today due to our drive time doubling due to traffic. I left work early for this appointment and was rushing to get there through the extremely heavy traffic. I called before our appointment time to let them know we were stuck in traffic and on our way. I told them my GPS said we would be 11 minutes late. They told me they have a 15 minute grace period. We got there 18 minutes late. They cancelled our appointment for being 3 minutes past their grace period
