AFC Urgent Care Edgewater

Dr. Tak and Jessica took the best care of me when I needed stitches on my forehead. They were so nice and reassuring! I just got my stitches out and, thankfully, it looks like I barely had an injury! Thank you so much Dr. Tak and Jessica!

Came for a visit yesterday. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Although it was a short timed visit I still was treated with respect and received the care I wanted. The receptionist is where it started. Most receptionists set the tone when you arrive. They can be the difference between wishing you had not come and hoping to feel better. She was helpful with my insurance and got me back quickly. The PA was attentive with my discussion and the doctor arranged everything to the minute. Seems like some of the staff changes quite a bit for some reason but everyone that is hired is just as good as the ones who were there to start. I have been there maybe a dozen times and I've never had a negative visit.

The BEST urgent care I’ve been to. Quick, kind, and so efficient. I would suggest each and every one of my friends and family to come here. I have plenty of urgent cares closer to my home, but I will absolutely take the 30 minute drive here.

Ben & Lauren (along with the rest of the team) were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional and efficient. In and out within 30 mins. Doesn't get better than that. Thank you, Ben! Highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend AFC Urgent care in Edgewater MD. I almost don’t want to because more people will start coming there - but I want to have a generous heart. What I enjoy about this location is that it’s close to my home, which is super convenient. I love that I can go online to save my spot in advance - this is sort of like an appointment but they probably rank the urgency of clients and therefore don’t call it an actual appointment. In my experience (I’ve been there about 5 times in the last 2 years), they are time conscious but don’t rush you - I may have waited 5 minutes before being called to the back. Other highly considered factors are: Cleanliness of the facility, staff is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and kind.
