Zara Pharmacy

Extremely disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this pharmacy. When I called to ask about my prescription, the person hung up on me .Two days later, after no communication from the staff, I had to call back and the same person who had hung up on me answers the phone.She informed me that Medicaid didn’t cover the prescription. When I told her it is ridiculous that no one informed me of this so I could get it resolved. She then asked why didn’t I call??? I said you all were supposed to call me for pick up. How was I supposed to know if you don’t alert me???? When I asked for the supervisor she alerted to me that it was her and refused to give me her name. This lack of communication and accountability feels very shady. Makes me question what they are doing with the

This place is running a Scam.... Nothing on tne shelfs has prices on them. Nor on the actual item. I wanted to pay with my OTC CARD but was told that one item was not covered under OTC. (Which is B.S.) NOXZEMA facial cream is Covered by OTC AT OTHER REAL PHARMACYS. THE UNPROFESSIONALISM IN THIS BUSINESS BEYOUND BELIEVE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO CVS OR WALGREENS NOT HERE!!!

Wrost pharmacy ever, says they sending delivery and never send you med, even after insurance paid and you made copayment, delivery person lies that they came to delivery were in front of your house and you didnt pick up or come outside and talk very rude but I have camera in front of my house that never shows him in front of my house. Tried to play me for stupid or something. Dont go here unless you want to waste your money and time and never get your meds

I felt disrespected from receptions.Very disappointed,I was long time with this pharmacy but now I am changing my pharmacy soon.

Friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist. He went above and beyond to call the doctor and manufacturer to save money on my elderly mother's prescription. She is on a limited income and thanks to the caring staff at Zara, she won't go without her medication. They also have free delivery!!
