I had a visit at this dermatologist office, and the experience was very positive. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly, helpful, and chill. They check you in quickly, and the whole process moves faster compared to other offices — you’re basically in and out. Before seeing the doctor, a staff member brought me into a room to confirm my information and the reason for my visit. She explained her role and made everything easy to understand. She was kind, patient, and made the process feel comfortable. I was then seen by Dr. Gurpreet Singh, who was very respectful, understanding, and professional. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my family and I had at your dermatology office. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, only to be told upon arrival that our appointment had been canceled and needed to be rebooked. We were not notified in advance, which was extremely frustrating. After rebooking, we were treated as walk-in patients and waited for over an hour before being seen. When I approached the front desk to ask about the delay, I was told that I had booked the appointment at the wrong office. This was confusing and upsetting, as we had confirmation of the appointment and arrived at the location provided. Instead of receiving assistance or clarification, the situation felt dismissive and poorly handled. Unfortunately, the issues continue

The staffs are very professional and helpful. The wait time is on point, the doctor makes it's very easy to chat with him, and listen to your concerns. He's very humble. Thank you so much for seeing me today .

Dr. Lee was great. She heard my concerns and explained her treatment plan prior to removing the lesions on my face. She also explained my aftercare treatment plan. Front staff were friendly.
