CPW Pharmacy

My son got a prescription for a nebulizer i called the pharmacy to ask them if the insurance will cover the nebulizer the woman said i have to pay 20 dollars difference I agreed to pay the $20 however when I went there to pick up my medication, she scanned for different medication that I’m there to pick up so everything else was 0 0 0 and the nebulizer scan is three dollars so when I asked the woman why she changed it to $20 she said that’s what I have to pay out of pocket but if everything else is zero and that package was three dollars why did they take a marker and crossed off the amount I was supposed to pay and I asked them and they didn’t give any satisfaction so they been robbing and fraud elderly people as well because a lot of elderly people go to this pharmacy. Not very pleased with the pharmacist They told me to wait 20mins and got me waiting 1hrs, 1/2 and still didn't get my medication. Had to go the very next day.

I’ve been a CPW customer for around 8 years now. I’ve never had a pharmacy that provided the amazing level of service that they do. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. They provide a personal level of service that one never finds at places like CVS or Rite-Aid. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to assist their customers. I’m a CPW customer for life! Bravo!

Pretty good place to go to and pick up your scripts although sometimes one of the staff members might come across as annoyed if not I’d give them the 5 stars, the only thing missing is that the one I speak about needs to come across more inviting and not seem so annoyed!

Every time I go to this pharmacy there always a staff with an attitude, walked in there sick to buy some medz and have to get Bomboclath attitude.. I’m sick of this.. they are some good staff there but they need to get that fixed, staff on the phone telling me “to hold on tah” tf is that..
